ABOUT US

DENVER WALLS.

denver walls is an immersive art festival highlighting murals, Projection mapping, Augmented Reality from local and international artists.

DENVER WALLS is a 501(c)3 organization hosting an annual arts event in the RiNo Art District. Spearheaded by Denver-based artist, Ally Grimm, the Festival aims to create impactful and sustainable growth for Denver’s arts community through activation, education, and innovation. In 2023, DENVER WALLS joined the internationally-acclaimed WORLD WIDE WALLS (FKA Pow! Wow!) as the 25th city added to its roster.

WORLD WIDE WALLS was created by Jasper Wong in 2010 in Hawaii to celebrate street art, beautify his local community, and cultivate a bridge between local artists and their communities. The festivals have since expanded to countries such as Korea, Sweden, Japan, and Qatar. WORLD WIDE WALLS hosts some of the world’s biggest street artists alongside local curations, educational programming, community projects and more!

DENVER WALLS aims to bring together internationally acclaimed artists alongside local creatives to bring a fresh, global perspective to public art in our city. Their team partners with local businesses, corporate partners, and arts organizations to create unique, inspirational moments to draw the community closer and uplift Street Culture.

Grimm believes that Denver’s unique strength is that it leads as an innovative Tech City, so DENVER WALLS merges Street Art and TECHNOLOGY through Augmented Reality, Blockchain and Projection Mapping.

OUR MISSION

VISION AND VALUES.

DENVER WALLS seeks to create an annual event that brings high-impact art to the Denver community.

Our mission is to create an immersive art experience that pushes the boundaries of innovation and creativity to put Denver on the map as a global Arts destination. We aim to take a future-thinking approach to street art, bridging the gap between art and technology while supporting, uplifting, and educating our local community.

We celebrate diversity and individuality both in the arts and in our communities. By bringing together creatives of different backgrounds and mediums, we can broaden the spectrum of arts and culture in Denver while establishing a safe space for young artists to develop.

We acknowledge that Denver was built on stolen land and that the art culture has been developed largely by Indigenous and Hispanic communities. We seek to honor the people who paved the path for today’s artists while ushering in a new era of creativity for the diverse populations flocking to our city.
